Company Secretary course is one of the professional degree course for the students who wish to make a career in the corporate law. Usually students enrol for the CS course after 12th If students enrol for the CS course after 12th then they are needed to undergo through the following set of exams. They are supposed to give a CS foundation exams after completing CS foundation they are supposed to give a CS Executive Group I and II exam. After completing Cs Executive group and training and 3 years of intership you get eligible to apply for CS final exam. The students who has completed their graduation or are pursuing their graduation and are aspiring to make a career in CS than they can take a direct admission for the CS Executive course after completing their graduation degree .If you take a direct admission after graduation you do not need to give a CSFoundation exam. Cs foundation exam is exempted for the students under the direct entry scheme. A student can also ask for the exemption for some of the subject in the CS Executive exam which he has studied in the graduation. .Cs exams are conducted twice in a year i.e. in the month of May and December . Student can appear for the exam in any of the above mentioned months as per his/her choice. Along with CS student should also think of persuing a 3years Law degree course. Many of the companies they demand for the CS and Law qualification together And Law is useful for the CS students to crack the Cs exam and it also helps to understand the law and concepts in a good manner.
