Hello My Dear Career Aspirant,

Glad to see you approach CareerGuide.com for seeking guidance and advice on your career concern.

I appreciate you interest in further education and not remaining complacent on graduation only.

MCA as a course is a very good course and it has gained popularity since its able to provide good jobs in the industry with good salary packages. MCA is a very unique course for those who are interested in programming, coding, testing, etc.

Considering your BSc Computer Science background and also as said by you about interest in designing, doing MSc Compter Science would be good. If you are also interested in web designing, then there are separate short term certification courses in web designing from Institutes like NIIT, Aptech, etc.

What will be best for you can be determined only on the basis of your interests. There fore I would suggest you to think about what really interests you and makes you passionate about - whether designing only, whether also programming or whether web designing? Based on this you can choose any course.

MSc, MTech, MCA all are good courses and have gigh repute and popularity. Critical part is which one suits you.

Since computers is a very vast field involving innovations on day to day basis, there are growing opportuntiies in research and development and here MSc can help you more than MCA.

Please do come back if you need any more advice or clarification on your career concern.

All the Best!
