Being a BCA graduate, how did you land up in a BPO call centre? It would have been good if you could have joined a technical support support where your BCA knowledge would have come for use. I would suggest that why not enquire in your current BPO company whether you can be transferred to the technical support process (voice and non voice)? I think this option should be explored by you immediately.

I feel that you should complete your MCA and then you can get jobs related to core IT field. If you are not interested in IT on the basis of BCA and MCA, then you can go for MBA in a specialisation you like. But remember that this will be the last career change in your life since doing career changes impacts negatively in the long term.

MCA and MSc in Computer Science or IT are the major options for you.
