Are you interested in flying an aircraft or knowing more about the machines and dealing with the technical and designing aspects.

If its designing and its utility then aerospace engineering is the right choice for you.

Firstly it is important to know where exactly your interests lies in. Are you a person who could get your hands dirty to know more about a machine and its functioning. As well as breaking down the components and redesigning it to make it user friendly and cost effective. These are the skills an engineer requires in general, apart from being analytic and being able to foresee or predict the utility value and team spirit with innovation.
Its difficult to judge these qualities in an individual, so its best to get an idea of your strengths and potentials and then choose your career accordingly. So best would be to undergo an Aptitude tests, which will measure your logical skills, numerical, mechanical and designing skills. Based on it you could decide whether the field is suitable and if not then which field, and if suitable then where you need to put in extra efforts.

If you are keen based on your intuitions about your skills, get into a Diploma program, and put in your best efforts in that line, as it is an easy entrance to 2nd year engineering degree course.

As an aerospace engineer, you would be involved mainly in aircraft manufacturing units, space stations etc... and would be mainly involved in designing and development of aircraft parts, testing aerodynamics, and aviation system, quality management and maintenance.

Choose wisely.
Wish you all the very best............
