As far as I understand from your question, you either plan to shift to B.Com post 12th Science or You wish to finish B.Com and then pursue a B.Sc
Anyways, please note that once after 12th, you shift to Commerce or ARTS, you cannot pursue Science again.
Though you can pursue B.Com as a correspondence course along with B.Sc, whereby you study all commerce subjects on your own. But it is not recommended, because there is no link firstly and secondly, it is not a childs play to pursue 2 courses at the same time.
Rather I would suggest, focus on any one of them. Know where your interest lies and pursue a course accordingly, so that you can focus and clear the course with good grades that would aid your future prospects.

I wonder why you wish to pursue a senior secondary degree after a graduation degree!!! I hope that you are quite clear about it that you will have to start from the scratch that is it will be a beginning anew. Now you need to look ahead towards M.com/MBA or go back for 10+2??? Anyway, I don't know your reasons what is pulling you back, but to your query may say that yes, you can go for 12th with science again and then you may either appear in PMT, qualify it and get a particular branch allotted as per your performance and become a doctor or else you may choose B.Sc and then Msc. and go for becoming a scientist.
