But my question to you is, are you saying Aptitude or Attitude.
Since Aptitude are inborn traist that are measured through career counseling and those traist can be developed if needed.But attitude is something that one is born with and cannot be taught.
In terms of Aptitude, I can point out that, one needs good Verbal / Linguistic Aptitude to be a good journalists.
A journalists needs to have a strong vocabulary or rather a good command over languages. Should know mostly all languages, but atleast the basics of most languages.
As far as Attitude is concernedThey need to have an Attitude that reaches and helps them connect with the masses.
