However, your field will definitely dependent on the MA specialisation you have done. Therefore there is little way that you can get into a very different sector for job.
For Doctorate (PhD) in any subject, one needs to be a Masters degree holder of that relevant subject. PhD admissions are given on the basis of Masters degree course and where you need to have minimum of 55% in the same. Further PhD is the highest educational qualification one can have in the education system in the world.
For Physiotherapy too, you need to be a Masters degree holder and then you can definitely apply for PhD through an Entrance Test conducted by the concerned University in which you wish to do PhD.
As far as I know there is no such news that Masters in Physiother

As far as I understand your question, you seem to ask clarification regarding joining an Army run hospital for an internship program.
