You should better go for higher education, proving your worth through competitive exams like GRE or GMAT, or GATE for Indian colleges.The plan to study further from a reputed institute is good but the same degree again is preferred only if you want to do it in another trade, like an MA twice in English and Economics etc. A four year course twice is never recommended except for Ph. Target 10-20 companies in IT everyday and upload your profile against specific positions advertised on their website.
