No. This is not considered good normally.You are doubted for your purpose of doing things. You should better go for higher education, proving your worth through competitive exams like GRE or GMAT, or GATE for Indian colleges.The plan to study further from a reputed institute is good but the same degree again is preferred only if you want to do it in another trade, like an MA twice in English and Economics etc. A four year course twice is never recommended except for Ph. D.Wish you good luck.

Hello,Automobile industry has many custom apps and they use C++ in some cases but in most cases the language is more older generations languages like python etc. but ya, you cannot learn those for getting job all at the same time. You can start with more common Java and then once you connect with some IT trainer like Aptect, NIIT, etc. you can proceed further.Every BIG dream start with small steps, so move further and join for a program with one of the computer institutes nearby you. Its very irritating to be a victim of these stupid rules which the companies put for campus placement. If you have very good marks, you better start applying on their website. Target 10-20 companies in IT everyday and upload your profile against specific positions advertised on their website. If your B.Tech is in a non-IT field, then you can try with some of the companies in your specific trade. Your trouble is more of companies feeling that you may not be a fit in your batch as you would be quite older to others in your batch.
