Call up Manipal Universiry( www.manipal.edu/), Ask them to send you a form for FAGE, quoting complete postal address. Once the form reaches you, Please get the drafts made for the amount quoted. Also attach a photocopy of your Degree Certificate, Completion of Intership Certificate, Marksheet of Final year etc..Once sent, You will know how to proceed and get the fellowship.

Yes it is a recognised college... dci has affiliated and recognised the graduates from the said institution... getting a job in dentistry is entirely on your merit and what you know... the college has no bearing or effect on your chances for any job whatsoever...

Go in for Clinical Practice,thats the best option. Alternatively you can go for Clinical Research or MBA...That depends more on what profession you are looking at, whether you are looking at a future in dentistry itself or switching fields.
You can go in for diplomas after BDS.... Especially in the field of Implanology, Orthodontics, Cosmetics etc...Newer fields include Laser dentistry, Rotary Endodontics and Esthetic Dentistry.. Another good option to look at would be Clinical research and Healthcare Management.Cheers
