She possess extensive work experience , has Worked as consultant to the Royal Government of Bhutan to write VCTC counseling guidelines and developed counseling training modules ,Worked as consultant to World Health Organization(WHO) Myanmar to write the National guidelines on voluntary counseling and testing was a Part of the team that developed the Counseling Manual for WHO-SEARO for South east Asia ,Was on the expert panel of counseling trainers for WHO from and had trained counselors hailing from almost all of the South east Asian countries. She had completed almost 20 years as a counselor and has worked in the areas like substance abuse, HIV, worked with couples on marriage, improving relationships, LGBT community and children dealing with emotional and behavioral issues.
