Details of Group Career Workshop
For 9th Std Students

CareerGuide provides a workshop for 9th standard students in which they get exposed to the vast career opportunities for the very first time. Through this counselling, they will get to learn how to plan their career step by step and stay ahead of the competition. The workshop will contain 90 minutes.

Each session will be held for the duration of 15 minutes and Q&A session for 10 minutes. A detailed description of the activities to be performed in the workshop is given below:

• Exposing 9th standard students to vast career paths.
A 9th standard is barely aware of numerous career paths that he/she can opt for in upcoming years. Careerguide will explain various careers paths to students in order to ignite career consciousness in them.

• How to maintain the balance between extracurricular activities and academics?
Extracurricular activities develop a professional personality in students but some tend to prioritize them more than education. Our career counselling expert team will guide them how should they keep a balance between sports and studies.



• Educating students about the importance of career planning.
At such young age, students are barely thinking about their career. CareerGuide will explain the importance of career planning to students which will help them become a successful person in future.

• How to recognize your talent and plan career accordingly?
Students at this age aren’t aware of their talent, interest, skills, and aptitude. Careerguide will explain them how can they recognize their skills and talent and then plan their career accordingly.



• Question and answer session
In this session, students will have the chance to clear all their doubts regarding all the above sessions and they can also clear any query regarding career and education.
