Hello Nidhi.. No need to worry. There are a number of courses for Commerce students who have not studies Maths in 12th. BBA, BBM, BCA, LLB etc are few of them. BCom honors without Maths is also available even though, only a few courses are there which offers this course. Before any other talks, first register yourself with ICAI, so that after 12th, you can appear for their first round known as CPT ( Common proficiency test). Hai Neena.. BCom and HRM are completely different courses. As an undergraduate course, BCom is more relevant than BA HRM.
