Medicine and Law are two different fields, having no relation with each other and therefore no comparison is possible. Please let me tell you that every career is good, just you have to judge and find out which is that career which is suitable to you as a distinct person. Firstly, since you are thinking of two courses which are very different than each other, one of them you are thinking is engineering. SO I suppose that you have 12th PCM as the stream. Now I would like to ask you where in Science stream you got to know about the Law field or course and you thought that would be an alternative to the engineering career? Nice to see though that you have approached us before deciding the course option and not after choosing and taking admission.

Are you planning to settle in Indonesia after doing LLM from there? If the answer is yes, then definitely going ahead for the said scholarship is a good choice. However I am confused... You say its LLM and then you also say its under graduate, how is this possible?
If you have no plans to settle there, then studying Law of Indonesia is of no use anywhere in India.
Please do not fantasise of abroad degrees and courses without any logic and planning for the future.
I would suggest that doing LLB and then LLM from India is the best option.

If you are in the 12th std, you can choose five year integrated course in Law by doing BA LLB / BCom LLB, BBA LLB, etc. You can appear for CLAT exam and aim for doing this from the top law schools in India.
If you are a graduate, you can get admission to three year LLB course. Ensure that the college is approved by Bar Council of India and is affiliated to a good University.

As we spoke, since you are 12th Science stream student and wish to go for Law studies, deciding firmly without any confusion is most important.
It appears that you have no interest in Science stream and you have realised it now. A psychometric test when you were in 10th std would have helped you a lot to decide the right career stream and a career option.

BA LLB is generally offered by all law colleges/academies and universities
It is better to go for colleges which come under CLAT entrance examination so that campus placements can be secured
Other than CLAT, there are other entrance examinations which are as follows: AILET,LSAT, AIL entrance test, AIBE, SET, BVP CET law, DU law entrance exam, AMU law entrance exam and BHU-UET.
BA LLB is generally a 5-year law program.

For best Law education after 12th, you can aim for appearing for the CLAT exam and qualify for integrated course in Law in one of the National Law Universities (NLU) in India.
NLU are in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Delhi, Govt. Law College Mumbai, ILS Pune.
Common Law Admission Test is what you need to appear for. The competition is tough however once you get through, your Law career will be best and secure.

You have not mentioned which std you are in or you are a graduate?
However I will put taking some assumptions:
1. If you are in 12th or passed 12th any stream, you can choose to go for BA LLB or BBA LLB. This would be a five years integrated course where you will become a graduate as well as law graduate. For this you may have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the concerned university or institute approved by Bar Council of India. You can also appear for CLAT Exam which is regarded for admission to National Law Universities in India.
