Any degree or any marks is not the end of hope, there is always something one can do and excel in life. Remember one line "its never too late for anything in life".

Now lets come to your situation right now, from the limited information that you have provided in your question it seems you could not complete your Bsc degree. I would like you to think upon a few things

• What was the reason you could not complete your degree, was it lack of interest or lack of efforts
• I would like to understand your areas of interest, what have you been good at in your career and how do you want to shape your career ahead

I would like to suggest do not just jump into anything that comes your way. I know you are in a difficult situation right now, but here are some of the options we can think of:

• Completing your graduation and then applying for jobs or post graduation 
• Opting for short term certification courses or diploma course in your area of interest
• You can also think of option of completing your graduation through IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University)
• Learning a foreign language and opening of job prospects as a transalator
• Enroll in a Computer Course and learn software applications. There are varied options like Graphics, 3D Animation and Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, Photography, Internet Marketing, etc
• You can do online course in your area of interest from forums like CourseEra etc.

Remember there is no dearth of opportunities once you decide upon something, the important thing to do right now is do the proper research before you take up anything, get into the details of what will the course look like, what will be the job prospects be after the course, what are the opportunities ahead, what will be the duration and cost of the course.
