Firstly you should be very clear and confident on your 12th Science (PCM) knowledge very thoroughly.
Topping JEE is not a one night or a one month study task. At what education level are you in currently? It is always better to start early for preparation for JEE.
Enrol yourself with a good coaching class for JEE where you will get ample of practice, guidance and hence build confidence. Study your subjects thoroughly and without skipping any topic.
Search the internet for JEE toppers interviews where you will get idea of how they studied.
