Hi Fulchand Kanojia. I would like to know that whether you have done a plain B.Com or some specialized one. In a general case you will have to be a B. Com for ITP (Income Tax Practitioner).
You must go through the provisions of section 288 and you have to apply on a proper form. Do you have some work experience also? Share your details or your resume so that I can guide you for registering.
