Sixteen years back I was at the cross roads of bewilderment. After having been there and done that in the corporate of the likes of CMC, Thermax, ICIM and SAP since 1983, I was not sure if I was meant to do what I was doing. With a solid understanding of what makes business happen and a background in applied behavioral science, I chose to make life a crucible of learning and transformation, re-define my professional space, stopped working and started living. I chose to pursue my calling and live my passion as my profession. I stepped out to be a transformational coach and enabler.
Between April 1999 and now I have touched / transformed lives of close to 5000 individuals across functions and responsibility bands working with companies like ACS-XEROX, CA-TCG, CGI, CIBER, Digital Globalsoft (now HP), First American Corporation (now CTS), HP, Hughes, Lenovo, Levis, Mphasis (now HP), Ness Technologies, Novell, Samsung, SAP, Symphony and Tech Mahindra, among others.
Doesn’t matter who or what you are – a large corporation challenged with complexity of scale, a mid-size business grappling with growing pains, an MSME feeling too small and insignificant or a one-man show secretly nurturing a giant dream in your heart – it all boils down to harnessing the human energy to create value. For which you can’t wait to fix till it is broke. Neither can you rely on catastrophic trial and errors till things go out of hand. You need a specialist – a transformational specialist – to understand you and your business with compassion and accompany you in your journey making things work. You need me.
It often seems magical due to my uncanny ability to trace the metrics down to the depths of the mystics and resolve issues at the source. Don’t bother. As I often say, I am my own tool, my madness is the method.
