MBA in Telecommunications is itself a very good course and its very nice that you are in the final year of MBA Telecom. You are also employed in a government firm. It appears to me that you are already equipped enough (after completing your MBA Telecom) for a good job opportunity. Are you wanting to join the private sector by doing more studies and why do you wish to leave the government job? I think it would be better if you can think and analyse since this will give you a clear idea and your thought process will also get clear. Also please understand that getting more qualifications does not mean getting a good job or promotion. However in a government setup, you can get promotions based on the added qualifications. However in the private sector its not like that
