Real estate managers manage the commercial aspects of the residential as well as non-residential properties. They manage the whole premises, follow the protocols for green belt, amenities etc set by the government and the national Real Estate Association, resolve the issues that the occupants of the building have and also take care of all the documentary work of the building. They look into wide areas of the whole building. They are also in charge of training and managing the staff members, guards and groundskeepers. They are responsible for repair and renovation work in the building, mortgage loans of the occupants, registration of the property, book-keeping, and insurance payments as well.
