JEE Main is a highly competitive entrance exam that is considered to be one of the toughest exams in India. The exam is conducted in online mode, and the duration of the exam is 3 hours. The exam pattern consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and numerical value-based questions, which are designed to test the candidate’s knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The exam is conducted twice a year, usually in January and April.

Paper 1 of JEE Main is for admission to undergraduate engineering programs (B.E./B.Tech). It consists of 90 questions – 30 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
