It is good that you kept the question brief and somewhere where it is clear from the question what exactly are you trying to ask. Here you have listed down the course but you have not mentioned your current qualification.

Since Applied courses are available at the masters level mostly, but few undergraduate courses are also available. But mostly at the masters level.

Firstly you would have to know the difference between Applied and regular courses.
The duration is the same to complete a course, but the major difference is that Applied courses are less theoretical and is more practical oriented making a strong foundation for students.

Amongst the choices you have mentioned, all are industrial related and job oriented courses.
Except Agriculture, whereby you would have to majorly be on-filed, since it involves studying plant and crops, soil and then finding different means of agriculture as well as seed germination, water harvesting and so on. Ofcourse jobs are available as a Research and developer mostly in the government sector, but mostly it is a on-field job.
As such Applied Medical no courses are available at Graduate level and especially in India. Abroad Applied medicals are available but at masters level, but for only few fields like gynecology, anatomy and so on.

As far as Industrial microbiology is concerned, very few university are providing an Applied course, mostly a M.Sc in Industrial microbiology is available.

So before you apply to a college that provides applied courses, please do check the credentials of the colleges and get in touch with the ex-student.

Wish you all the very best...............
