Yes, you can very well choose to study a Business degree right after studying 12th Arts course. The ideal course choice for you will be obviously a BBA degree - Bachelor of business administration. This is a three year bachelors degree and will also let you specialise in one stream of business. So this requires you to choose what you want to specialise in, and you may start thinking right from now.

So what kind of business you want to establish? Does this mean you want to manage an existing business (for example, say parental or ancestors business) or start yourself a new business in future? On both situations, you are known as an entrepreneur, as this person manages his own business. If you have similar aspirations to work in own business then you are better suited to study BBA with Entrepreneurship.

If you have no plans of managing/ starting your own business but would like to work in management levels in companies, then you are required to choose a specialisation in this BBA. Usually a BBA degree will offer some electives like Human resource management, Marketing, Supply chain management, Accounts, Finance, and Project management. You are required to carefully choose what specialisation you like to study and there after work in a company in the same line.
