Hi saya,Its good to show a concern,but i think its too early to think all this. Your kid is just 3 yrs. Boards whether CBSE or ICSE doesn't matter so much. Secondly , the college or course selection depends on the interest of the child. So, till 5th std you can change to any board. After 5th stick to the same board,to wherever you shift. Its convenient for the child as the syllabus differs little bit. For now, Let the kid enjoy his school.All the best
