Fitness trainers instruct the individuals to lead a healthy life that includes a balanced diet system and exercises. Exercises could be of any form that fitness instructor follows such as gym training, body training, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Aerobics, Weight training etc. Job of a fitness trainer involves a thorough analysis of the client, his/ her capability and adjusting the training method and diet based upon the stamina of the client. He/ she demonstrates the right method to do any exercise form, prepares a chart so that the client can get proper nutrition throughout the training period. Fitness trainer also monitors clients’ progress and make the changes to the training method accordingly.
A fitness trainer should ensure that the training is safe and is followed as per the standard rules. Equipment usage should also follow the standards to avoid injury to the client.
