Because the JEE Main test has been administered in multiple sessions, the level of difficulty varies, and officials will employ the normalization process to address this. NTA will announce the normalized JEE Main 2023 scores, which will show the percentage of candidates whose scores are equivalent to or lower than the highest-scoring candidate in that session. The formula for calculating NTA scores is as follows: (100 × the number of candidates who appeared in the session with a raw score equal to or less than the candidate) / the total number of candidates who appeared in that session Candidates should be aware that the normalized NTA score is not the same as the percentage of marks obtained.
