Why did you opt for engineering when not interested in the field only?.
As such now, you could pursue an MBA and specialise in a field you are interested in.
Other courses you could opt for includes teaching, whereby you could pursue a B.ED course.
You could also opt for courses like Psychology or counseling or guidance and counseling, animations, web designing or graphic designing, fashion or interior designing, mass media, digital marketing, banking and finance etc.
So many courses to choose from.
Read thoroughly and then decide.

Interesting set of dreams.
But I would suggest, go slow and one by one.
All at one time wont be possible and then you would be no where. hence slow down.
Since you are interested in Medical, clear the NEET entrance exam and then opt for studying medical sciences.
Once you graduate as an MBBS, you have three options.
You could pursue MD or MS and specialise in the field that interests you
You could pursue Civil service exams and opt for being an IAS
You could opt for MBA in Rural healthcare and alternative medicines

We need to know your line of interest and your ability to help you choose a career.
Also it is important to know the stream and subjects you had opted in 12th to help you.
Please do write back, so that can help you.
Or else, as suggested by Navn kaur, are the options that any 12th pass can opt for, except BCA, since to pursue BCA Math as a subject is important.
Another option you could pursue is LAW, Hotel management and Mass media (BMM).
