Dear Friend,

Thank you very much for coming to CareerGuide Platform. Thank you for raising your query here.

An educational consultant is a person who applies his or her expertise in a certain situation to come up with a solution for the contracted party. For an example, an accounting consultant could propose to a school to use an upgraded system for paying school fees. An educational consultant guides, mentors, counsels and provides right information. To become one, you need to gain experience by visiting educational institutions and applying the taught skills you have. You should also have a professional certification and not an agent of the institute you are referring.

An education consultant identifies student's strengths, weaknesses, desires and expectations. To become an educational consultant you first experience the education institutions to gain experience and then frequently visit educational trips and tours, do motivational talks and counselling to students. An education consultant is involved in counselling, guidance, mentoring, handling formalities and visiting educational institutes.

To become an educational consultant, one must first visit to institutions frequently and try to gain the relevant experience in the education sector/industry. You should start by seeking yourself as the brand and delivering quality to your clients. Once you have few clients, open a counselling firm and market it as a brand; depending on your capabilities. As the business grows, seek out membership of professional societies and use various media for marketing.

Further, in this Education industry to become an education counselor, you must have experience either as a teacher or a school administrator. you must also have extensive knowledge and training on problem solving, such as learning disabilities, learning for gifted children, and special education. As an education consultant you will give advice as to how the education of a children should proceed. Also, if you have experience related to education and if you think that by sharing these experiences you can help students, you may share it by way of giving counselling.

I hope I have given the satisfactory answer to you question.

I wish you all the very best and good luck for your future, I wish you get all the success in your life and become whatever you wish for.

thanking you,
Ravi
