Dear Aspirant,
Firstly I would like to clarify that in India there is NO correspondence or distance LLB course offered. Please understand that LLB course is governed and monitored by Bar Council of India and the respective University offering the LLB course (five year or three year).
Therefore, if you wish to get into the legal industry as an advocate or lawyer or a consultant or an employee by studying Law, then you will have to compulsorily enrol your self for a full time classroom based LLB course from an university affiliated college and approved by Bar Council of India.
LLB is a three year course after graduation and five years integrated course after 12th (any stream).
Therefore, please avoid distance or correspondence course of LLB, if someone has told you. It is pure misleading and do not fall prey to such misinformation.
Masters in Business Laws (MBL) however is a course which can be done through distance mode from National Law Universities in India. However, this is not LLB as an actual course and you cannot act as a lawyer or advocate.
Best wishes
