MCom can give you jobs of journal entries, ledger keeping, record keeping, visits to income tax offices or other govt offices for paper work, etc.
You can get jobs in small and medium companies in accounts and administration departments where you can get accounting work. You can also think for jobs in a Chartered Accountancy / Cost Accountancy firm where they require junior assistants.
