Good to know that you have made up your mind for appearing in the IIT JAM Exam. The JAM Exam can be the best doorway for you to a world of whole new opportunities. To appear in IIT JAM Exam, there are no such specific criteria for marks to be scored in the BSc. Although there are eligibility criteria regarding the minimum percentage to be scored in your BSc Degree.
In some colleges, the minimum percentage for appearing in the IIT JAM Exam is 55% while in some colleges the minimum percentage to appear in the exam is 50%. Relaxation of 5% is given to SC/ST category. So, take an average that you have to score more than 55% in your BSc.
