Hello there,
The obvious path for you now is to pursue a degree in astronomy.
And as you have rightly mentioned, to pursue a pg or masters degree one needs to be a graduate first.
So best would be to enrol for a degree course and then follow it up with masters degree and if interested in research or not you could join ISRO or DRDO.
