What is Agricultural Engineering?
It is a field of engineering that deals with agricultural products ranging from designing farm machinery to location planning of the farm. This field is a combination of principles and disciplines of food sciences, mechanical, civil and chemical engineering.

Required education and Eligibility
- Interested candidates have to complete their 12th in Science stream with requisite subjects of Physics, chemistry, mathematics and preferably biology with aggregate of 50%.
- Candidates can also opt for diploma courses after 12th.
- Pursue B.E or B.tech in Agricultural engineering. For undergraduate levels, the students have to qualify the entrance exams like JEE Main, GUJCET, AP EAMCET, CG PAT, ICAR-AIEEA UG, BCECE, GBPUAT, CET GADVASU, AIEEE, KCET, SEE UPTU etc.
- Pursue M.Tech in Agriculture after qualifying the entrance exams like ICAR-AIEEA PG, GATE and completion of undergraduate degree.
