The Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TSTET) Result 2023 is expected to be released in the month of October 2023. The TSTET is conducted by the School Education Department, Telangana for candidates who are interested in teaching in government schools in Telangana. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for TSTET are as follows:

Paper I (Classes I to V):

  • Candidates must have passed class 12 with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from a recognized university.
  • Candidates must have passed class 12 with at least 45% marks and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from a recognized university, provided they belong to a reserved category.

Paper II (Classes VI to VIII):

  • Candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and a two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from a recognized university.
  • Candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree with at least 45% marks and a two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from a recognized university, provided they belong to a reserved category.
