Hello,

HRDG of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research conducts the CSIR NET Exam for five major subjects.

Candidates who wants to appear in this exam must check their eligibility to appear in it.
As per the official guidelines, to become eligible for CSIR NET, a candidate must have M.Sc, BS-MS, BS-4 Year, BE, B.Tech, B.Pharma, MBBS, B.Sc or any equivalent degree to appear in the exam.

As you pursued B.Pharma, it confirms your eligibility for the exam.

You should also check the minimum required marks and age limit to appear in CSIR NET Exam.

Hi,

You are eligible to appear for the CSIR UGC NET exam. You have completed your B.Pharma now undoubtedly you can apply for UGC NET.

Before to apply one more thing you should remember that your age should not be more than 28 years (For general Category), if you are applying for JRF. But if you are going for Lectureship then there is no upper age limit.

Hello,

Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has decided a qualification criteria to appear for the exam. According to this, who have completed M.Sc, BS-MS, MBBS, BS-4 Year, BE, B.Tech, BS-4 Year,, B.Pharma, B.Sc and other equivalent degrees with 55 percent aggregate marks can apply for the exam.

But with the 4 years' graduation degree aspirants can only apply for the CSIR NET 2019 JRF exam not for Assistant Professor.

For Junior Research Fellowship, CSIR has also decided the age criteria. As per this, the age of candidates must not be more than 28 years.

Yes, you're eligible for UGC NET exam. You can appear in this exam if you wish to make a career into teaching or research field
