Nowadays the youth who are pursuing their education from the top institutes like IIT or NIIT etc. have been looking out to make an improvement in the political system of India. Many students has been aspriing to make their career in Public Sector and wish to bring a change in the systems.

A student who completes his/her education from an IIT/NIIT definitely wish to have a good work profile with an handsome and get settled and work with a good reputed MNC company. Apart from having a career in the private sector one can also make a career in the public sector those who are willing to serve their country .

Students who desire and have passion to serve their country and wish to make their career in the public sector can definitely give a thought of making their career in civil services.

There are lots of career options available for the students to make a career in the civil services.One can make their career in civil services as IAS,IPS,IFS,etc.

Civil Service career is considered to be one of the prestigious and respectable career as you work for the Central Government of India. In civil services one serves till the age of 60 while the work age can be extended. Apart from this the person gets the 6th pay commission and also the further pay commissions are applicable.

There has been a great need of passionate youth to work in the public sector especially in the public sector. By making a career in civil services many policies can be changed and new policies can be framed and executed that are in the welfare of the society.
Whereas if you select the private sector to make your career you have a promotions from time to time depending on your skills and dedication towards work .
