Dear Friend

Thank you very much for contacting CareerGuide.com. As your point is very remarkable stating that intake of biotech or bioinforamtics background students in a software company. In fact a student who has done biotech or bioinformatics then chances of acceptability in software company is little low as compared to other professionals those are having software at core level. Though software companies are recruiting aspirants with biotech and bio-informatics background with the expectation that they could be able to contribute for the biological soft tools. I am trying to give you the technical instance which is very important to know prior joining any industry or institution, as you are looking for the good salary package and comfortability at work which seems to be unidirectional approach, think in reverse order and ask yourself -what you will bring into the industry at implementation level or product level so that industry will enjoy your company, have you ever seen the objectives and requirement of company so that you will be given preference with a healthy salary package even more then your expectation. Try to understand these points at your level and accordingly start to prepare yourself to make more acceptable and important for a recruiter.
