Considering your experience and qualification of HR, doing a course in Psychology / Industrial Psychology or a course in Labour Laws will be beneficial. This will value add to your HR domain and you will get a chance to move or promote.
You can also try some free course through MOOCs from www.edx.org, etc. These certifications are also valid in the industry. You may also look for course in learning and development. Doing an NLP course is also very beneficial in the long term, where you can take up freelance assignments in weekends.
