Hello Shivam,
A warm welcome to career guide.com
Thanks for visiting us and writing us your career query.
IT industry has been one of the booming industry in India. Students always have an aspiration to work in big IT companies with good salaries. In order to work in the IT Sector one can complete B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/IT/Software. While the other option student have is to go through MCA.
Well answering your question ,I have some of the questions for you which i wish you to ponder and get back on the same-1.Why you wish to do an MBA?2.DO you want to make your career in Management field?
My friend Shivam as you have completed MCA and have been also working as an Software Engineer that's a good part. Well MBA will be helpful for you to if you complete your MBA in Systems rather than going for any other field. Any other specilisation of MBA like HR,Finance,Marketing etc. wont be useful because no knowledge of MCA is being used in any of these specilisation. So i would suggest you to go MBA in systems that will be helpful for you. MBA will help you to have a good job designation in the companies.
MBA is pursued by the students who have the leadership skills and want to grow more into that. While MCA is pursued by the students who are technically good. A MCA student earns more than MBA student. The part of remuneration and job designation may increase for an MCA Student with having an degree in MBA in Systems.
So its completely on you whether you wish to pursue an MBA or not.
I hope you find this information helpful and useful.
Feel free to get in touch again.
Wish you Good Luck
Thank You
Warm Regards,Prathamesh Kapote
