An IAS exam is conducted by UPSC i.e Union Public Service Commission every year. As per the UPSC norms,the IAS Exam in 2015 is going to be a paper-pen based .You need to fulfill the following things in order to apply for the exam.IAS 2015 Eligbility:-1. Graduation degree from any stream from a recognised university from India.2.
