I wanted to know career option after 12 in humanities , my sub are geo, pol sc, eco,psychology

I m interested in management studies but I dont have maths, does it make a difference

Humanities is a broad field of study, encompassing the entire spectrum of study. Right from human culture to society, their values, lifestyle, habitats, to the mind are all part of humanitarian studies.


Now that you know there is a wide scope, you would have to narrow down your choices as to what interests you and are you having the right aptitude to follow through the course successfully
.
Depending on the specialization you wish to take at BA, some of the options you could look forward to are:
Geography Majors: You could look out for careers into cartography ( directions), GIS, territory planning and monitoring climate and environmental factors. Only after a BA in geography, you could plan for a masters degree in any of the above mentioned fields.
Also you could think of careers in Archeology. Though it is mainly opted by students majoring in History, but since you would be having knowledge about locations and landmarks, and if interested in excavation jobs, you could opt for this career too.
But please do note, that this is not a 9--5 job and involves a lot of travelling and travelling in worst scenarios.

Psychology Majors: You could opt for masters in Clinical, which involves mainly working in hospitals or clinical setting, mainly dealing with neurotic and psychotic clients, or counseling which includes general and less severe clients as well as school counseling, industrial psychology, which involves industry and HRD.
After a degree in Psychology and few years of work experience, you would have to get various other certificates like NLP, hypnosis, EMDR and so on.

Sociology Majors: Sociology basically deals with the society and its upliftment. Mainly they work hand in hand with a psychologists. But majorly sociologists focuses on helping people with a cause mainly related to the society. eg. Dowry or girl child hygiene.You could find work with NGO or corporate mainly into the CSR activity.

Political Science majors: Generally students with this majors, have Civil services as its goal or teaching as their goal. So you could opt for any of them depending on your interests.

If civil services, then preparations for it has to start from now itself. Emphasize on reading and more importantly analysis it in your own words.

Any field you choose, you could opt for teaching after you complete your Graduation. You first would have to clear B.Ed and then after clearing can opt for both international and local school. If interested in pre schoolers then ECCED.

These were the generic field options, but apart from that the generic options open to any 12th pass student could be:
Choices are many, you just need to know where exactly you fit and choose accordingly.
