1M+ Test Taken
Hello pooja,
Interesting question. I am sure after your lecture you have lots of time and good you wish to pursue something productive.
As such along with graduation you could opt for CS, or certificate courses related to accounting, taxation or banking and finance, stock market etc. Or some course not linked to commerce but can add on to your profile like an IT course from a private computer institute or animations or graphic designing.
Choice is yours.
Wish you good luck...
Dear Aspirant,
I really liked your intention to study more and make use of your time in a productive way. I really appreciate you for this.
You not liking CA indicates that you do not have an interest in the Accounting area. Definitely, MBA is an option after graduation.
Here I would NOT suggest you to do courses just because you have time and you wish to do something. Doing something and anything will not help you in your career. Choosing the right course and path is important.
However as far as skills are concerned. I would surely recommend you to do a computer course where you are taught internet, MS Office very thoroughly. Knowing this is very important for your career.
Further, your thought of doing MBA should be need based and not just because everyone does or the degree gives jobs or may be is beneficial.
I would suggest you to take the Commerce Career Selector Test from CareerGuide.com. This uniquely designed psychometric test will assess your commerce related aptitude, innate abilities, interests and suggest you an ideal commerce related career for you. You may also thereafter speak to me over phone to discuss.
Best wishes
There are other courses which you can pursue along with B.Com like tally, marketing, and you can do diploma courses as well in finance, or The new certificate courses including insurance business, computer based accounting, financial services, material management, international business, business statistics and computer application, entrepreneur development and French language. The students studying in first, second and third year in B Com can enroll in any of these additional courses along with their regular conventional degrees. The general opinion among the decision makers was that by studying the additional courses, students would get an opportunity of enhancing their employability.
Moreover, this will add on to your qualification for MBA, as you mentioned your desire to do an MBA.
In order to post replies to the question: "Im currently doing only bcom which is really making me unhappy .what other courses can i do along with it? Apart from CA which i dont like and MBA which i am gping to do later"
