Good to know that you are a Masters degree holder already and have been thinking for teaching as a profession.
Are you thinking of teaching in schools and junior colleges only? BEd you can do in English definitely.
However, since you are already an MBA, why not appear for NET/SET exams of UGC and get eligible to teach in senior colleges and post graduate colleges? You will then also become eligible to do PhD which is an essential qualification for continuity and growth in education sector.
I would suggest that instead of BEd, aim for NET/SET qualification. This would also give you an opportunity to remain connected with your MBA domain.
