The program you mentioned, i.e. PGDBO is an exclusive career program for the ICICI Bank and it is conducted by IFBI (Institute of Finance, banking, and Insurance). The PGDBO (Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations) is a structure for the sole purpose of creating the pool of banking professionals in India. The officers who pass out from this program are sustaining the operations of the ICICI Bank which is one of the largest private banks in India.
Dear Aspirant, as you said that you are pursuing the final year of your graduation, you first are required to complete your graduation for applying for the aforesaid course.
PGDBM is a six months program of which three months will be full-time class work and remaining three months will be for internship session. The Internship will be paid one. The selections will be made on the basis of the Aptitude Test and the Personal Interview.
