The admission will be based on your performance in the JEE- Mains and 10+2 level. The JEE (Mains) will have 60% weightage and the 12th (Or equivalent exam) will have 40% weightage.
The weightage to the marks, obtained in the exam of School board or another equivalent exam, will be considered after normalization process.
Admission for this course in SVNIT, Surat will be coordinated by the JoSAA – Joint Seat Allocation Authority – 2016. And the all the information related to admission will be updated on the website of JoSAA, i.e. www.josaa.nic.in.
Following candidates are eligible to register for seat allocation in NITs (there are total 92 institutions including NITs for which JoSAA coordinates the admission process)
Candidates, who get seats, need to pay the seat acceptance fee through the various mode of payment as specified by the authority.
