The only option you have left now in turn of further studies is pursuing a Research program or a P.hD in lifesciences, biomedical or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
As such by doing clinical research, you have completed a part in Research and doing a P.Hd would be a boost in your career.
If wanted you can pursue an MBA program too. MBA in Hospitality or Pharmaceutical Management, but it would be diverting from the main area of study, Research.
