About
BITS Pilani (Birla Institute of Technology and Science) is a deemed university in Pilani, Rajasthan, India. It is largely concerned with higher education and research in engineering and science. BITS Pilani was one of the first six institutes in India to be designated as an Institute of Eminence. According to 2012 data, BITS Pilani has a 1.47% admittance rate, making it one of the world’s most elite and prestigious technical institutes, BITSAT Result 2023.
The institute was founded in its current form in 1964. G.D. Birla supported the institute’s development from a regional engineering college to a national university during this time. BITSAT Passing Criteria
The BITSAT minimum qualifying score is 200. The cut-off score for admission to BITS Pilani, on the other hand, varies based on the program and discipline of engineering. Allotment will be conducted by BITS Pilani based on the choices made by candidates and availability of seats. Allotment results will be made available online. Reporting: who have been allocated a seat need to report to BITS Pilani to complete admission formalities. The counseling process will be conducted in several rounds until all seats are filled. who do not receive a seat in the initial round can participate in subsequent rounds.
