Any action/routine which you do daily despite your daily activities, which are hard to give up are called habits. Habits can be good and bad. Waking Up Early In The Morning

One of the most important things for every individual is to make a habit of waking up early in the morning. There are many of you guys who like to work during the nights, but I want to emphasize more these words- ‘the new day starts from 12 AM i.e at night, if you sleep a whole night let’s say from night 10 PM or 11 PM to morning 5 AM or 6 AM.  if you wake up and get ready within 90  minutes, you’ll start your day at 7:30 AM. If you have your breakfast for 20 min from 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM, you’ll start your day from 7:50 AM to 8:20 AM respectively.

Have A Perfect Routine

Let us continue with the previous point. First, wake up early in the morning and make a habit of doing exercises like Yoga, Jogging, going to the gym, playing games that involve physical exercises. Later, get ready within 90 minutes and have your breakfast between 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM or have your breakfast before 9:30 AM. Start your work according to the schedule. Plan your work 5 min prior to your lunch. You should have your lunch between 12:30 PM – 2 PM. Give at least 20 min break before you get started with your work after your lunch. Finish your daily tasks assigned to you.

Just get relaxed for sometime when you finish off. You can have your snacks between 4:00 PM- 6:45 PM. Take a break after reaching your home by eating snacks or relax by discussing your day with your Family, Friends, etc., Next, if you’ve got an assignment, start doing it after taking the break. Have your dinner between 8 PM- 9:30 PM. Walk for sometime after having your food. Sleep between 11:00-11:30 PM.

Work On Your Creativity

Most of you have created something. Time is valuable. Once you’ve completed the day, you can never get it back in your life. Every moment is valuable. Execute your plan perfectly. Never try to procrastinate. Time management is always required in your life. I know many people have a habit of reading books. If you are having that habit, continue it. If you are not having, start it. Always maintain a style while doing the work and also in looks. Your physical appearance says what and who you are.
