Hi It better to go for a degree courses rather than certificate courses,as degree provide better job options.If interested to go in IT sector at technical positions than BCA, Bsc Computers/IT, B.tech would be better option to do. A good break can give you a flying start.Keeping your education and hopefully the interest(Networking) in mind, I would suggest you try out some Customer Support Roles in BPO's. This will give you the cusion to support self and further some more certifications from Microsoft / Red Hat etc. needed in Networking domain.The career progression can be looked as Customer Support --> System Admn. --> Infrastructure Management with age and experience.
