Its very irritating to be a victim of these stupid rules which the companies put for campus placement. If you have very good marks, you better start applying on their website. Target 10-20 companies in IT everyday and upload your profile against specific positions advertised on their website. If your B.Tech is in a non-IT field, then you can try with some of the companies in your specific trade. Your trouble is more of companies feeling that you may not be a fit in your batch as you would be quite older to others in your batch. You can cover it up by joining any small company with a small sala
