Hello Mohit,  Nice career choice. But sounds funny, you have made a choice but do not know how to fulfill your choice.  Please note IAS is part of the goverment job. To pursue IAS a student first needs to be a Graduate any stream. They would then have to appear for Civil service exams conducted by UPSC.  Please note, vigorous preparations is required to clear this exam. Students join coaching classes for the same.
